Title: Anyone seen Derren Brown?
Post by: lag spike on February 20, 2011, 02:59:07 PM
Has anyone seen that british show "Derren Brown: How to take down a casino?"  It's a show about a man (Brown) who claims he was obsessed in how to beat roulette without any computers.  For a whole year he practise an extreme version of what a roulette computer can do with visual ballistics, but "to do it in his head." It was a very entertaining show, it show his process in getting the skills he needed in order to predict acurrately where the ball would land and betting on a single number on live television.

If you haven't watched it, I recommed you do. And tell me your thoughts.

If it's the guy I think you're talking about.. Derren is a magician, not a roulette player. He's an entertainer.

Yes I've seen that show. He is a mentalist. He used the roulette as a prop to test his mental skills. And to show to his audience how good his skills are.
