Advice For New Players

This page provides advice if you have personal or health issues that may affect your ability to use the system. It also explains the refund policy in depth.

My responsibilities to you: It is my responsibility to accurately explain my technology and provide what I promise. And this is exactly what I do. But there are many factors, beyond my control and responsibility, that can determine whether or not you can use my system, or how successful you will be. Part of the product is access to software, that is your responsibility to make use of. And part is confidential information that cannot simply be returned.

Your responsibilities: It is your responsibility to correctly use the system and adhere to the confidentiality agreement. But before this, it is your responsibility to assess your personal circumstances to decide whether or not this opportunity is suitable for you. Some matters are easily overlooked, and this page helps explain them.

When NOT To Purchase

Please do NOT purchase when:

  • If you are not of a legal gambling age (if you aren’t allowed in casinos, there’s no point to purchasing anyway)
  • Your partner, spouse, parent or guardian is unaware of the purchase (This is common and I’ve seen it become “messy” many times. It’s better to be honest and open with your family, or don’t proceed at all)
  • You may have a gambling problem (this should be obvious, but be honest with yourself)
  • You need to borrow money (if something unexpected happens and you can’t play to pay back the debt, you’ll be in a difficult position)
  • You have health issues that may limit your capacity to use the system
  • If something totally unexpected happens that prevents you from using the system, you will experience financial hardship without a refund.

The last point is especially important because unexpected things can and sometimes do occur. Few vendors will give a refund for any reason other than a defective item. You would normally accept this as fair. The difference with my products is they are not small investments. I myself purchased $5500 investment software that I never had time to download and learn to use. The vendor could see I never even logged in to download it, but I was refused a refund, and I accepted that I did not properly assess my available time. This was not the vendor’s fault, it was mine.

Refunds On Compassionate Grounds

Factors that limit a player’s ability to use the system may only become apparent once they begin playing, and they may ask for a refund on “compassionate grounds”. Generally if you ask any vendor for a refund on compassionate grounds, they wont even consider it an option. However, I’ve provided refunds for many reasons that are personal to the player.

For example, one player was unable to sit in his casino’s chairs for extended periods because of back pain. Another player’s strictly religious wife threatened to divorce him if he didn’t stop attending casinos. Both of these players were given refunds on compassionate grounds, and there have been many similar situations. However, often the player was later found to be selling material about the system or somehow in breach of contract. Such players took advantage of me trying to do the right thing by them. As a result, now when a player requests a refund on compassionate grounds, I don’t know who or what to believe. So like most vendors, I will not accept refunds on compassionate grounds.

Many unexpected things may happen that are nobody’s fault. But as the purchaser, it is your responsibility to consider the possibility of anything happening.

Things that have happened to players, and you should consider include:

  • Lack of attention over extended periods or mental impairment (if you have trouble focusing)
  • Health deterioration or problems
  • Sudden critical illness of the player or their partner

Again it’s your responsibility to consider all possibilities. If anything may happen that would put you in a serious position without a refund, then please do not purchase.

When Refunds Are Acceptable

As explained on the terms page, refunds are accepted if:

  • You fail to profit within a 30 day period despite correct system application (the guarantee)
  • We fail to provide what we promised
  • Any reason or exceptional circumstance we find acceptable
  • Any reason required by law

Refunds on compassionate grounds are generally not accepted anymore. Although requests will still be considered, the circumstances would need to be exceptional.

Sincerely if you use the system correctly over a reasonable amount of spins and do not profit, then I will gladly refund you. But if you request a refund because your personal circumstances have changed, or you have encountered unexpected personal issues, like most vendors I will not accept the request.

Do You Have a Gambling Addiction?

If you may have a gambling addiction, please do not purchase any of my products. If I suspect you have a gambling problem, I will not accept you as a player. This is because such individuals tend to be impulsive, and do not have the correct mindset for professional play.

Signs of gambling addiction:

  • Always trying to win back losses
  • Breaking self-imposed gambling limits
  • Often unable to pay bills, but you still gamble
  • Sale of assets for bankroll
  • Regularly borrowing money
  • Being secretive about gambling and losses
  • Becoming withdrawn from family and social events
  • Performance at work is affected
  • Feeling depressed, frustrated or suicidal
  • Controlling or manipulative behavior

The correct mindset for professional play is to approach it as a business venture. Understand at times it will be tedious and boring, just like any other job. Although it will generally pay better than a typical job, mistakes will cost you money. But with sustained correct application over time, you will recover losses. Be patient while learning. Start slowly and cautiously with small bets, and bet with winnings to gradually increase your bankroll.
